Position Overview:

We are in search of qualified professionals for the role of Structural Engineer/Project Manager.

This role entails the execution of structural engineering design, assessment, and oversight of multiple projects with varying levels of complexity.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct thorough structural assessments of existing buildings and structures Prepare detailed condition and evaluation reports Manage engineering design tasks and oversee projects of diverse scope and complexity Collaborate on intricate engineering design projects alongside senior Engineers Employ a variety of established engineering methodologies and techniques to address challenges Review structural engineering shop drawings and calculations in the office Perform field inspections of construction related to structural elements (e.g., reinforcing steel) Utilize design software for structural engineering in collaboration with senior Engineers Propose technological enhancements to the department Support fellow engineers in executing technical tasks that require precision in calculations, thoroughness of data, and adherence to established testing, analysis, design, or computation methods Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers and technicians Engage with clients as necessary Oversee project management and coordination tasks Undertake additional assigned responsibilities as required

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Licensed as a Professional Engineer At least 5+ years of relevant experience. Professional background in a consulting engineering or construction engineering setting managing structural investigation and restoration projects Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite Capable of providing leadership to junior engineers and technicians Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities Self-driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining a keen attention to detail Strong oral and written communication skills in English Committed to acting with integrity and professionalism in business Valid Driver's License.
