Software Implementation Director

Ware Malcomb is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Architecture to join our senior leadership team. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for leading design, growth, revenue, profitability, staff management, and client relationships for the Toronto architecture market.
Key Responsibilities:- Oversee finances, business development, operations, and team member management of the Architecture group.
- Ensure all proposals and contracts are in place, and review and sign off on all project budget reports before contract execution.
- Be responsible for the group's organizational charts and conduct a continuous review of office forecasts, financials, and current/future staffing needs with the Region's operations manager.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to oversee the operations of the Architecture group.
- Review monthly project revenue projections and provide necessary weekly updates.
- Attend business development and networking functions, and set up regular networking meetings with client and industry contacts.
- Utilize Ware Malcomb's CRM system to track all business development activity.
- Proactively manage any project liability issues.
- Collaborate with Ware Malcomb's Talent Acquisition team to recruit new team members.
- 10+ years' of experience within the field of Architecture.
- Extensive experience managing diverse projects.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
