Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Expert to join our Human Resources team at Waypoint Insurance. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for leading the recruitment efforts for our growing organization.

Job Description:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and hire high-quality candidates for various positions across the organization.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand their recruitment needs, define job requirements, and create targeted recruitment plans.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and tools to identify and engage passive candidates, including leveraging social media, professional networks, and industry connections.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
  2. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
  3. Facilitate and coordinate candidate interviews with hiring teams, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Talent Pipeline:

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to proactively address future hiring needs and support ongoing organizational growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates, industry professionals, and recruitment agencies to ensure a steady flow of qualified talent.
  • Participate in industry events, job fairs, and networking activities to enhance the company's visibility and attract top talent.

Employer Branding & Candidate Experience:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication, feedback, and support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and communications teams to promote job openings and showcase the company's culture and values.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on recruiting for diverse roles, entry-level and senior-level positions.
  • Proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including advanced sourcing techniques and candidate assessment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices in talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

Estimated Salary Range:

$65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
