We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Management Development Trainee at Westlund, one of Canada's largest integrated wholesale distributors of plumbing, HVAC, waterworks, and industrial products for the construction industry.

As a Management Development Trainee, you will embark on a comprehensive 4-phased program that will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in various aspects of our business. You will start by gaining hands-on experience in warehouse operations and customer service, followed by building relationships with customers and vendors, and finally, taking on leadership roles and running the business.

The estimated annual salary for this role is $52,500 + profit sharing. Additionally, we offer great mentors and on-the-job training, growth potential, participation in our pension plan with employer contributions, and a competitive benefits package.

To be successful in this role, you should possess a university degree or college diploma from any discipline, a growth mindset, strong interest in sales, and excellent leadership, customer service, and organizational skills. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office and have a valid driver's license.
