About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in Edmonton, AB. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing construction site activities, supervising workers, and coordinating logistics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and review project schedules and budgets
  • Supervise and train site personnel
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers
  • Monitor and maintain site health and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and equipment

The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industry regulations.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $40.00 per hour based on 37.5 hours worked per week, as well as opportunities for career growth and professional development.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in construction management
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Valid Canadian driver's license
