Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Duty Equipment Mechanic to join our team at Waste Management.
The ideal candidate will have two (2) years of experience in heavy duty equipment repair and maintenance, with a strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, and diagnostics.
Main Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance inspections and repairs on heavy-duty equipment
- Troubleshooting complex mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety procedures and protocols
- Working effectively with other technicians and management to achieve team goals
Required Qualifications:
- Two (2) years of relevant work experience in heavy duty equipment repair and maintenance
- Licensed On Road Heavy Duty Mechanic
- Valid Commercial Inspection License
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
Benefits:
- Competitive salary: $51.28 per hour
- Company-supplied uniforms and tool insurance coverage up to $30,000
- Annual boot allowance of $225.00 and annual tool allowance of $500.00
