At RhynoCare, we are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and the resident plan of care. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
  • Ensuring timely and safe resident transfers and discharges

Requirements for the position include:

  • Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses
  • Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and policies, including the Long Term Care Act and the Health Disciplines Act
