Located in Timmins, Ontario, Jubilee Centre is a leading provider of addiction and mental health treatment services. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner/Nursing Supervisor to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled healthcare professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the development of innovative, integrated nursing and medically supported services. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing direct supervision to a small front-line nursing team, leading planning and implementation of new services, and collaborating with physicians, psychiatrists, and other system partners.

About You

We are looking for a candidate who has a strong background in primary care and mental health/addictions, preferably with experience in policy development, program planning, and evaluation. You should have excellent leadership, team-building, and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate in both official languages. Indigenous cultural competency and a willingness to incorporate traditional healing approaches are also assets.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including a signing/retention bonus of up to $40,000 and reimbursement of relocation costs. There may also be opportunities for job share or part-time employment.
