Business Development Officer

SAUNDERS PLUMBING & HEATING INC. is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Officer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing policies, supervising staff, and performing administrative tasks. Your primary focus will be on planning development projects, recruiting and hiring staff, and responding to enquiries from the business community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop policies and procedures to drive business growth
  • Supervise professional and support staff to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform administrative tasks to maintain a high level of efficiency
  • Plan and execute development projects to achieve business objectives
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill key positions
  • Respond to enquiries from the business community to identify development opportunities
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
