At Northwest Timbermart, we are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a high level of sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and motivate a team of sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and control store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide coaching and training to sales staff to improve their skills and performance.
- 1-2 years of retail management experience.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
