Key Responsibilities- Build relationships with prospective customers through calling, emailing, presenting demos, and other sales-related activities.
- Know the ins and outs of your prospects and customers, including their goals and priorities through proactive research and preparation.
- Build alignment with prospect and customer goals to ensure they're clearly seeing the value our products and services could bring their businesses.
- Achieve revenue targets by creating and executing a strategic, proactive plan to engage your accounts to identify and validate opportunities, promote awareness, sell our products and services, and negotiate successful contracts.
- Nurture pipeline and accounts using our tools, processes, and playbook.
- Ensure your CRM is up to date and full of helpful MEDDPICC notes.
- Reach out to prospects about the latest Pagefreezer news and releases that are relevant to them.
- Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth experience for customers through various internal channels at the company.
- Liaise with Revenue Operations, Finance, Product, Customer Success, Customer Support, Onboarding & Implementations, and other teams to close business as a team.
- Collaborate with Management and the Sales team to strategize further growth.
- Occasionally travel to trade shows to visit with prospects and customers.
- Attend internal meetings and training sessions to focus on skill development and learning.
- Alignment with our Core Values.
- 2+ years of experience in closing sales in a B2B SAAS company.
- Proven record of achieving an assigned quota and hitting activity & prospecting targets.
- Strong understanding of how sales funnels and pipelines work.
- Experience successfully using various selling techniques and methods.
- Experience selling into the government sector is a big plus.
- Strong working relationships with Marketing teams in the past, and knowledge of marketing a bonus.
- Ability to use multiple tools and platforms to manage sales funnels.
- Strong speaking, writing, presenting, influence, persuasion, and/or negotiation skills.
- Solid organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and tasks well.
- An adaptable game plan and an ear for coaching, a learning mindset, and a resilient competitiveness.
- Confidence and professionalism necessary to sell to a wide range of titles and roles.
- You engage customers with positivity and energy that excites them about our services.
- Able to work 40 hours a week and authorized to work in Canada (anywhere in Canada works for us).
