Job Title: Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Manager to lead our team in Vancouver. The successful candidate will have 7-10 years of AP experience, with 3 years in a supervisory role. They will be responsible for managing the A/P process, including vendor setup, payment processes, and internal controls. The AP Manager will also serve as the key point person for internal and external stakeholders, prepare reports, and lead the AP Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the A/P process
  • Lead the AP Team and mentor team members
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and yearly reports
  • Serve as the key point person for internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, experience with ERP systems, and intermediate-level MS Excel skills. They must also have excellent communication and leadership skills.
