Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Toronto Textile Recycling. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our organization.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordination and Planning: Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Inventory Management: Monitor the movement of supplies and materials between departments and maintain accurate records.
- Clerical Duties: Perform routine clerical duties, including preparing and submitting reports.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the proper functioning of equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
- Personnel Management: Monitor personnel workloads and locations, and maintain work records and logs.
- Warehouse Management: Organize warehouse and work areas, and co-ordinate activities with warehouse and production units.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service and respond to urgent calls from individuals who require assistance.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain progress and other reports, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
