Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality nursing care that meets the unique needs of each client
  • Maintain knowledge and compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and implement effective care plans that prioritize client safety and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay current on best practices and emerging trends in patient care

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science Degree from an accredited institution (required)
  • Current and unrestricted RN registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (required)
  • Continence Care Certificate (required)
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification (required)
  • Prior experience in specific nursing care areas (palliative, diabetic, COPD, peritoneal dialysis, etc.) (preferred)
