Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Recovery Specialist to join our team at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies Inc. As a key member of our revenue recovery team, you will be responsible for tracking and managing suspended accounts, performing daily client outreach, and resolving declined payments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Track and manage suspended accounts, ensuring timely resolution of declined payments.
  • Perform daily client outreach via phone calls, emails, and physical mail to resolve payment discrepancies.
  • Verify, classify, compute, post, and record accounts receivable data to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Prepare and send delinquency notices, bank responses to client-disputed payments, and default accounts to a third-party collection agency.
  • Resolve client billing issues and manage written communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to educate them on Billing Best Practices and develop client success strategies.
  • Audit and refine revenue recovery processes to achieve daily/monthly/quarterly/annual revenue collection goals.
  • Respond to inbound and outbound calls from internal teams and external clients regarding delinquent account resolution.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in payment processing and/or collections preferred.
  • Demonstrates the ability to meet productivity goals and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service/success skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to switch contexts as the needs of the business evolve.
