Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Data Administration Specialist to join our team at Bronto IT Services.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and developing databases, operating database management systems to analyze data, and implementing data administration policies, standards, and models.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop databases to meet business requirements
  • Operate database management systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Develop and implement data administration policies, standards, and models
  • Research and document data requirements, data collection, and administration policy
  • Develop policies and procedures for network access and usage, and data backup and recovery
  • Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in data administration
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and leadership skills

Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a 30-35 hour workweek. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.
