**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and creating a welcoming environment for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Welcome Guests:** Greet all visitors with a friendly smile, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive, and provide necessary information or direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • **Answer Calls:** Manage a multi-line phone system, direct calls to the appropriate team members, and answer inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
  • **Administrative Support:** Provide administrative support in all areas as needed, including data entry, filing, and other tasks.
  • **Create a Warm Environment:** Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, offer refreshments to guests, and ensure their comfort while they wait.
  • **Connect the Team:** Foster a sense of community among employees, be the go-to person for office-related questions and concerns, and promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

**Requirements:**

  • 1 year of front desk experience (preferred)
  • 1 year of administrative experience (preferred)
