We are a dynamic and growing motel chain seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Motel Operations Supervisor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our motel, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and leading a team of staff to achieve our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead a team of 3-4 staff members, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and equipped to provide excellent customer service.
  • Guest Services: Assist guests with special needs, respond to guest complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operations Management: Coordinate and assign tasks, maintain the operation of computer systems and equipment, and arrange for repairs to ensure business continuity.
  • Staff Development: Hire, train, and develop staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role, or equivalent experience.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Environment: Willing to relocate, work in a fast-paced environment, and stand for extended periods.
