**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Customer Service: Greet guests with a warm smile, ensure their comfort and satisfaction, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Administrative Support: Manage front desk operations, handle phone calls, and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Environment Creation: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area, and ensure that guests feel at home.
