Key Responsibilities- Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
- Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
- Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
- Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
