We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reservations Supervisor to join our team at The Bruce Hotel. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other departments, establishing work schedules and procedures, and ensuring that safety standards and departmental policies are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating Activities: Collaborate with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Work Scheduling and Procedures: Establish and implement efficient work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise staff and provide guidance on job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit reports to management on key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
  • Guest Services: Assist clients/guests with special needs and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Staff Development: Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure that safety standards and departmental policies are met, and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
Work Environment

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. Attention to detail is essential in this role.
