This person was the first to welcome every guest with a friendly smile, the initial voice that callers encountered, and the pivotal figure who connected everyone.
This is the narrative of our ideal Guest Experience Coordinator.

As our part-time Guest Experience Coordinator, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our staff, clients, and visitors.
Your role is vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere that mirrors our family-oriented culture.

Key Responsibilities: Your main duties will include greeting guests, managing phone calls, providing administrative assistance, cultivating a warm environment, and facilitating team connections.
Welcoming guests entails greeting all visitors with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel at home from the moment they arrive, and providing necessary information or directing them to the right person or department.
Handling a multi-line phone system, directing calls to the appropriate team members, and responding to inquiries with warmth and professionalism are essential aspects of managing calls.
Administrative support will be provided in various areas as needed.
Creating a welcoming environment involves maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting reception area, offering refreshments to guests, and ensuring their comfort while they wait.
Lastly, connecting the team means fostering a sense of community among employees and being the go-to person for office-related inquiries and concerns.
