Customer Service Team Manager Position

We're looking for a dedicated, customer-focused professional to join our company on a full-time basis. As a Customer Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising the support team and overseeing related projects.
Your Key Tasks:- Supervise a team of 7-10 Customer Support Analysts
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the team meets Client Service Level Agreements
- Mentor team members to support their growth and career planning
- Continuously seek new and innovative methods to deliver excellent customer service
You'll need 2-3+ years experience leading and managing a team, a Bachelor's Degree / College Diploma, and excellent organizational skills and time management.
