- You have a minimum of one year's experience in retail management, preferably in a similar environment.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders.
- You're a results-driven individual with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.
- You're familiar with basic computer skills and able to learn new systems quickly.
- You're physically fit and able to stand for long periods, with the ability to lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.
