Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of 7-10 Customer Support Analysts to meet Client Service Level Agreements
  • Monitor team phone calls for quality, provide coaching tips, and assist with backlog management to ensure quick call resolution
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and productivity
