As the Lead Customer Support Specialist, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of customer support analysts, and drive process improvements to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise a team of customer support analysts and ensure they meet Client Service Level Agreements
  • Mentor team members, assist with client calls, and foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators, conduct regular coaching sessions, and evaluate staff performance
Requirements:
  • 2-3+ years experience leading and managing a team
  • Bachelor's Degree / College Diploma
  • Experience in Customer Service (preferably in the software industry)
