About the RoleWe are seeking an Administrative Support Professional to join our Vaughan office. As a key member of our operations team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, providing administrative support and assistance to our office staff.
Responsibilities:- General reception duties, including managing existing relationships and seeking new contacts with food service providers.
- Assist with copy, binding, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Communicate day-to-day facilities issues, concerns, and complaints, escalating them as required.
- Act as the primary point of contact for office building operations.
- Maintain stationery and office supplies.
- Maintain kitchen/breakroom inventory.
- Keepproperly informed of operational and staff concerns by the Office Services Coordinator.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with prior experience in an administrative role being an asset.

What We Offer:As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $50,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
