Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity;
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to identify areas for improvement;
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff and ensure that deadlines are met;
  • Establish work priorities and ensure that procedures are followed;
  • Carry out administrative activities related to record-keeping, data management, and reporting;
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budgets and maintain inventory and budgetary controls;
  • Train staff on new procedures and technologies;
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • 1 year of experience in office administration;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills;
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • High school diploma required.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, depending on qualifications and experience.
