About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at H&S Holdings Inc. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Ensure all areas of the facility are clean and sanitized, including floors, surfaces, and equipment.
    • Restock supplies and linens as needed.
  • Housekeeping and Maintenance
    • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
    • Operate cleaning equipment, such as vacuum cleaners and floor polishers.
    • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including changing light bulbs and reporting any equipment issues.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to guests and employees.
    • Respond to customer requests and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
    • Repetitive tasks and physically demanding work.
    • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
