About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Rain Day Spa Inc. as a Cleaning Services Staff member. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in our spa facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Housekeeping Duties: Make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closet, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
  • Guest Services: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, provide basic information on facilities, and handle and report lost and found items.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, handle heavy loads, and be physically demanding. Ability to work independently, with attention to detail, and in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Work Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
