Job Summary

Viva Naturals Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Housekeeping Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our retail service establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, and wash windows, walls and ceilings.
  • Customer Service: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, handle and report lost and found items, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on facilities.
  • Housekeeping: Pick up debris and empty trash containers, and address customers' complaints or concerns.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset.
  • Work Conditions: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 32.5 hours per week.
