About the Role:

The Evening Housekeeping Associate is an integral part of our Housekeeping Team, responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and attention to detail of our guest rooms and public areas. This role involves servicing guest rooms, responding to guest requests, and maintaining the overall comfort level of our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional guest service and ensure a high level of satisfaction
  • Service guest rooms and respond to guest requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms and public areas
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:

  • 1-2 years of previous Housekeeping experience in a fast-paced hotel operation
  • Exceptional communication skills and command of the English language
  • Additional language skills a definite asset for career growth
