Easton's Group of Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Curio by Hilton Toronto Entertainment District. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and service assigned rooms or areas according to established standards and procedures.
  • Notify the supervisor when service is complete so rooms may be sold or occupied.
  • Report any room unable to be serviced to the supervisor according to established procedures.
  • Respond to guest complaints and special requests to ensure corrective action is taken to achieve complete guest satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control supplies/amenities and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping.
Requirements:
  • Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
  • Some housekeeping experience.
  • Friendly and hospitality-focused.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
