About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Purchasing Agent to join our team at A C Tesla PES Inc. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for purchasing general and specialized equipment, materials, and business services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Purchase and Procurement: Purchase general and specialized equipment, materials, or business services to meet the needs of our organization.
  • Requirements Assessment: Assess the requirements of our establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials, and supplies to be purchased.
  • Supplier Negotiation: Negotiate offers from suppliers to ensure the best possible prices and services.
  • Logistics and Operations: Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization, including establishing delivery schedules and monitoring progress.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients and suppliers, resolving any issues or problems that may arise.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Languages: Proficiency in Filipino, Pilipino, and Serbian is an asset.
