We are seeking a dedicated **Office Administration Specialist** to oversee and enhance our administrative functions at WISHLIST INC. This role is pivotal in ensuring that our office operates smoothly and efficiently.

- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Implement and assess new administrative protocols.
- Delegate tasks to office support personnel effectively.
- Establish priorities for work and ensure adherence to procedures and deadlines.
- Manage administrative operations of the office.
- Administer policies related to information access and privacy legislation.
- Coordinate office services including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and maintenance.
- Assist in budget preparation and maintain financial controls.
- Compile data and generate periodic reports and correspondence.
- Conduct data entry tasks.
- Provide training and guidance to staff.
- Oversee and streamline office administrative processes.
- Resolve conflicts and coach team members.
- Monitor payroll administration and budget management.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Capable of managing tight deadlines and large workloads.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
