Position Overview:
In this role, you will be responsible for developing impactful marketing strategies that showcase our EdTech solutions, generate interest, and grow our brand. You will create engaging campaigns, content, and materials that resonate with our audience and reflect the values of our company.
While your primary focus will be on marketing strategy and execution, you will also support sales efforts by driving awareness, generating leads, and contributing to long-term relationships with clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Marketing Expertise: A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the EdTech, health, safety, and environment (HSE) sectors or related industries.
- Content Creation: Skilled in crafting high-quality, clear, and engaging content that conveys the value of our safety-focused products to diverse audiences.
- Sales Support: Ability to create sales-enabling materials, such as RFP's, case studies, presentations, and one-pagers, to communicate product value and drive pipeline growth.
Technical Skills and Programs
- Marketing Tools: Proficient in platforms like HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools for managing email campaigns and CRM.
- Content Management Systems (CMS): Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms for publishing content.
- Graphic Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) or Canva to create visually appealing marketing materials.
- Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of LinkedIn, Twitter, and other professional channels to engage industry audiences.
- Data Analysis Tools: Competent in Google Analytics or similar tools to monitor and evaluate campaign performance.
- Project Management Software: Experience using tools for organizing and tracking marketing campaigns.
