We are Nucliq Biologics Inc., a biotech company specializing in microbiome diagnostics and therapeutics. Our flagship product, Gutcheck, offers personalized food recommendations to promote overall health and wellness.
Job Overview
The successful candidate will lead our marketing efforts, developing comprehensive strategies to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and analysis to inform data-driven marketing decisions.
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Manage paid social media advertising campaigns, allocating budgets, targeting audiences, and creating engaging content.
- Optimize ad campaigns based on key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, return on ad spend (ROAS), and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance Amazon product listings, including content optimization, sponsored product ads, and storefront management.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in marketing, customer service, or a related field, with a strong track record of success driving business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
- Strong strategic planning and analytical skills, capable of translating data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, etc.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
