We are RhynoCare, a dedicated healthcare provider seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Sunderland. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse at RhynoCare, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures. This includes providing individualized attention to each resident, conducting assessments, and developing personalized care plans. You will also be required to ensure timely and safe resident transfers and discharges.

Responsibilities
  • Patient Care: Provide nursing care in accordance with established policy, physician's orders, and within the scope of practice of an RN.
  • Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of residents' physical, psychological, emotional, spiritual, cultural, and social needs, and develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Care Delivery: Implement and evaluate nursing care to meet the identified needs of residents.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent.
  • Registration: Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses.
  • Certifications: Current Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification and valid First Aid and CPR Certificate.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and knowledge of relevant legislation and standards.
What We Offer

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including:
