**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and pre-flight files for printing, ensuring all elements are print-ready.
- Review and proofread designs for errors before printing or publishing.
- Ensure all artwork is correctly outlined and formatted.
- Collaborate with the project team to develop visually appealing and effective marketing materials.
- Proofread designs to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to ensure designs are current and innovative.
- Electronically scan, separate, and correct image colours
- Input, transfer, and manipulate electronic data for various devices
- Assist with running large format printer
- Assist with running laminator and CNC

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of Proven work experience as a Pre-press & Graphic specialist, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of printing processes and file preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- College or university degree/diploma in graphic design, visual art
