Job Description

In this role, you will cover the Emergency Department and Endoscopy as required, utilizing your clinical expertise to provide comprehensive assessment, care planning, and patient education. You will work collaboratively with the team to support continuity of care and ensure that patients receive the best possible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Assessment and Care Planning: Conduct thorough assessments of patients, develop individualized care plans, and implement interventions to promote optimal health outcomes.
  • Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and their families on disease management, medication regimens, and lifestyle modifications to improve health and well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses: Hold a current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses, demonstrating a commitment to upholding professional standards and codes of conduct.
  • Recent Experience in Medicine/Telemetry: Possess recent experience in medicine/telemetry, showcasing your ability to work effectively in high-pressure environments.
  • Coronary Care 1 Program or Equivalent: Have completed the Coronary Care 1 program or equivalent, indicating your proficiency in advanced cardiac care.

Benefits

  • Competitive Hourly Rate: Enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $37.93 - $54.37 per hour, aligned with industry standards.
  • Flexible Work Schedule: Work a flexible schedule, including 12-hour day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday, with opportunities for additional shifts as needed.

Estimated Salary: $52.65 - $74.95 per hour

Work Schedule:

The successful candidate must be available to work 12 hour day and night shifts, Monday to Sunday, with flexibility to cover additional shifts as required. Compulsory 12 hour shifts may change due to operational needs.
