We are seeking skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join RhynoCare in the Sunderland area.

As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents. Your primary focus will be on delivering compassionate and individualized care, ensuring the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents are met.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to maintain accurate records, adhere to established policies and procedures, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and addressing the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents
  • Developing and implementing personalized care plans
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records
  • Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor of Science – Nursing (BScN), Bachelor of Nursing (BN), or equivalent
  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the College of Nurses
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification
  • Strong computer proficiency and experience with electronic medical records
  • Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $85,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, health insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
