About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to drive our eCommerce solutions forward. As President and CEO, you will be responsible for developing and executing our strategic plan, ensuring operational performance, financial growth, and a strong company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine our strategic and operating plans in collaboration with the Board of Directors and senior management team.
  • Implement and execute our strategic direction, focusing on market expansion, competitive positioning, and partnering/channel development.
  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure timely implementation and execution of business and financial plans.
  • Architect the organization to scale and maintain a corporate culture that outperforms.
  • Drive revenue growth and align the sales organization with those goals.
  • Provide ongoing direction, performance management, and developmental support to the executive team.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitors, and opportunities for alliances, acquisitions, and investments.
  • Lead the expansion of our business and brand into new markets.

Deliverables:

  • Operational performance (availability, performance, and security).
  • Financial metrics relevant to our firm, including pipe, MRR, revenues, EBITDA, etc.
  • Refined HR policies and relevant metrics around attraction, motivation, and retention.

Competency Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic approach, results orientation, and a driving management style. They will have a track record of working with multiple successful mid-sized companies, driving accelerated revenue growth, and leveraging the strengths of the existing team.

About Our Company:

We are a highly specialized IT service provider in the eCommerce space, quickly becoming the go-to hosting partner for leading retailers and other online commerce organizations. Our client offers fully managed PCI compliance, application performance management, DoS mitigation, content delivery, and load-testing services from data centers in Toronto ON., Western Canada, and Southern United States.

Salary Range: $250,000 - $350,000 per annum, depending on experience.
