Executive Leader in Agency Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced Executive Leader to join our team as a Sr. Agency Development Manager, Ads. This role will be responsible for driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers and agencies through Amazon's innovative ad solutions. The successful candidate will own the Amazon Ads/Agency Holding Company relationship at the most senior level, accelerating revenue growth, increasing tool adoption, and expanding penetration of the total advertiser universe within each agency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute cross-team project plans to drive engagement with C-Level, SVP/VP-Level, and influencers/decision makers within agencies
• Create commercial structures to generate incremental opportunities for growth on branding solutions, focusing on video-centric solutions
• Lead education and enablement of key agency functions, including delivery of training, roadshows, summits, and other agency-wide events
• Build and execute business plans with key agency stakeholders to drive adoption of Amazon Advertising's tools and products
• Leverage global teams to identify transformative opportunities for agency partnerships
• Report program and project progress and status consistently in a transparent manner
• Collaborate with multiple resources to orchestrate activities and achieve goals
Requirements:
• Strong business leader with a deep understanding of the Advertising and Media Landscape
• Experience in agency development, business development, partnerships, or sales at a major media company and/or experience working in a 'Big 6' Holding Company
• Expertise in digital advertising, with a focus on Connected TV/Video
• Experience in Media Planning, Buying, or Selling (Connected TV, TV, Video Strategies)
• Established relationships at, and/or deep understanding of, 'Big 6' Holding Companies
• Ability to earn trust with senior stakeholders across other Amazon teams and navigate complex discussions
• Strong analytical abilities and confidence in using data
Salary:
$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience
