About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at Boujee Restaurant & Bar. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, manage inventory, and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Supervise and Train Kitchen Staff

Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing kitchen team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional food quality and service.

Manage Food and Supply Costs

Requisition food and kitchen supplies, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.

Ensure Quality and Service Standards

Monitor and maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service, ensuring that every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Address Customer Complaints

Respond promptly and professionally to customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.

Prepare and Submit Reports

Compile and submit accurate and timely reports on kitchen operations, sales, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.

Experience

At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or food service environment.

Language

Fluency in English is required.

Work Schedule

30-40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
