Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at Royal Punjabi Restaurant. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food and beverage offerings meet the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Determine Service Offerings: Plan and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Negotiate with Suppliers: Establish relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals for food and other essential supplies.
- Customer Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to secure catering and facility use agreements.
- Operations Management: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, combining sitting, standing, and walking, with occasional standing for extended periods.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in food service management.
- Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
- Language: English is the primary language of communication.
