Restaurant Manager Job Description

Boujee Restaurant & Bar is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to lead our team and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Analyze and optimize our restaurant's budget to boost profits and maintain financial stability.
  • Menu Planning: Develop and implement menu pricing strategies to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Operations: Plan and organize daily restaurant operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and health and safety protocols.
  • Marketing: Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to drive sales and growth.

Requirements

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
