We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Sales Professional to join our team at Westland Insurance. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly sales quotas
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Utilize industry knowledge and expertise to identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve sales strategies and techniques

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the insurance industry
  • Strong industry knowledge and expertise, with a focus on personal lines insurance
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client relationships
  • Insurance broker license (RIBO) is a must, with multiple province licenses considered an asset
