At Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc., we are seeking an experienced Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and a minimum of 7 months of experience in a similar role. They will be responsible for administering policies and procedures related to the release of records, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.

The Administrative Project Coordinator will also be responsible for assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, monitor and evaluate performance, and plan and control budget and expenditures.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be fluent in English and have a strong understanding of administrative procedures and policies.
