We are seeking an Administrative Project Coordinator to join our team at Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, delegating work to office support staff, and establishing work priorities and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve office efficiency
  • Delegate work to office support staff to ensure tasks are completed on time
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
  • Monitor and evaluate office operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
