This position serves as a liaison between the business and technology support at BMO Financial Group. As the Salesforce Lead, you will be responsible for managing and implementing comprehensive support for the Private Wealth business. Although Salesforce will be the primary domain, managing and supporting other critical applications will be desired.

You will also serve as a point of escalation for any issues or concerns raised by Regional Branch Management, Leadership, and Advisor Teams. Your goal is to ensure exceptional technology support and adaptability across all branches. This role necessitates an in-depth understanding of business processes along with the skills required to enhance productivity, improve user experience, and drive business outcomes. Collaboration with BMO Technology & Operations, support teams, and vendors is essential in this position.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant Salesforce experience acting as a lead/manager
  • Strong knowledge of discretionary, full service investing, financial services industry, and fintech
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent experience

Salary Range and Pay Type

$74,800.00 - $138,600.00

Salaried

BMO Financial Group's total compensation package will vary based on the pay type of the position and may include performance-based incentives, discretionary bonuses, as well as other perks and rewards.
