**Responsibilities**:

- Provide internal opportunity management support to Renewal Managers on pre
- and post-renewals.
- Perform incremental revenue calculations.
- Work with Sales Operations on opportunity management issues and provide assistance and suggestions for improving the forecasting process
- Deconstruct and solve complex forecasting issues.
- Ensure all approved requests have been properly documented in accordance to Renewals processes, escalated to the appropriate approval level, and resolved within SLA.
- Effectively communicate requirements and respond to RMs on questions regarding policies and processes.
- Challenge legacy policies and procedures that complicate quote, order, invoice, credit, commissions, and revenue processing, and formulate creative solutions or workaround based on that analysis.
- Participate in new process development and process improvement projects, as well as other ad hoc projects.
- Share best practices with and provide cross-training for peers, team members and outside business units to enhance the quality and efficiency of support and contribute to the knowledge base.
- Establish strong relationships with Renewals, Sales Ops, Pricing Team, and other internal resources as appropriate.
- Work independently on assignments and escalations that are diverse in scope, requiring seasoned judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations.
- Gain strong level of expertise in the Salesforce Application.

**Required Skills/Experience**:

- 2+ years of business experience, including a proven track record of performance and transformation within an operations, data analyst or a systems integration role. You’ve got a knack for problem solving
- Demonstrated success in program or project management related to business processes, business metrics, business systems, and relationships between organizations within a large enterprise.
- Strong organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and concisely with different levels of management (business & technical)
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet tools, MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Excellent team player who is able to work with virtual and global cross functional teams.
- Ability to set priorities and manage multiple work streams with limited guidance in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to navigate productive conflict.
- Bachelor's Degree in a business, data, or equivalent experience.

**Preferred Skills/Experience**:

- Experienced using SQL / SOQL / Python in data analysis and data manipulation.
- Knowledge and understanding of Salesforce tools and database structure.
- Knowledge of Salesforce product and platform features, capabilities, and best use.

**For British Columbia-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is CAD 69,600 to CAD 95,700.**:
